Managing Director
M. Manoj Kumar – Founder, BGSS
With over 30 years of experience in automobile MNCs, spanning manufacturing, EHS, and sustainability, Mr. Manoj Kumar founded Baroda Green Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2022 with the mission to contribute to India’s carbon-neutral and net-zero targets by providing consultancy and developing a state-of-the-art greenfield recycling center that promotes a circular economy.
Mr. Kumar established BGSS as India’s first integrated E-waste recycling & Vehicle Scrapping plant with a focus on maximizing the recycling of e – waste and End-of-Life Vehicles (ELVs).
As a certified EHS and Sustainability Master, and MCA-certified Independent Director in ESG and Factory management, Mr. Kumar excels in strategic planning and IMS implementation, enhancing safety, quality, and environmental performance.
